RULES AND REGULATIONS |
I.
Rules and Regulations for the Government of Gas Utilities, adopted
by the Public Service Commission of West Virginia, and now in effect, and
all amendments thereto and modifications thereof hereafter made by said
Commission.

SCHEDULE R |
APPLICABLE
In Canaan Valley, Harman, and entire territory served in Tucker and
Randolph Counties as defined by Boundary Map contained in Original Sheet No.
5.
AVAILABILITY
Available for all Residential service
RATES
Monthly Demand Charge per Bill (no consumption included)
$35.00
Consumption Charge per Mcf
$10.312*
The above rates include a purchased gas cost of $7.465 per Mcf*
CONSTRUCTION CHARGE
A minimum construction charge of $150.00 per meter installed or housing
unit served shall be made.
DELAYED PAYMENT PENALTY
The above schedule is net. On all accounts not paid in full within
twenty (20) days of the date of the bill, 1.5% will be added to the net
amount billed.
MINIMUM CHARGE
The above rates are subject to a minimum Monthly Demand Charge of $35.00
RECONNECTION CHARGE
Whenever the supply of gas is disconnected by a customer request and a
request for reinstatement of service at the same premises is made within
thirteen (13) months so as to provide service to the same household or
any adult member thereof, a charge of $35.00, per billing month or portion
thereof that the service has been disconnected, will be made to restore
service up to a maximum charge of $455.00

APPLICABLE

SCHEDULE R |
APPLICABLE
To gas service provided during the billing months of December, January,
February, March and April.
AVAILABILITY
Available for all residential customers who qualify for special rates
under the provisions of West Virginia Code Section 24-2A-1.
RATES
Charges under this rate schedule shall be Eighty Percent (80%) of the
charges listed on Schedule R under the headings Rate, Delayed Payment
Penalty and Minimum Charge. All other charges shall remain the same as
Schedule R.
